Description: Colton came to us from a confiscation 3 years ago after he had been run through a fence by a dog. The physical abuse & starvation he suffered besides his injuries keeps him one of our "lifers".

Description: 30 Year old Paint Gelding bought for Kill, but too thin to ship. He has put on enough weight that we now call him "jelly belly" he had surgery for cancer, & came through it like a trooper. He is with us to spend his last days in peace & comfort.

Description: Impressive Bred Gelding/HYPP, took a first & second 2 years running at world, he had a big nasty sarcoid that is now healed, & is narcoleptic, but is very well mannered, & poses as our lesson horse.

Description: 27 Year Old TB lesson horse, left in a stall for 2 years with little food or water. Both front feet have been destroyed by thrush, & he still gets abscesses from the time spent standing in his own manure.

Spring Creek Horse Rescue relies on the generosity of public donations and adoption fees to fund the needs of the horses in our care. Spring Creek is dedicated to providing a second chance for abused, neglected, outgrown and unwanted equines of all breeds - with your help. Our emphasis is rehabilitation and adoption into loving forever homes; our goal is to help educate the public on better horse care, handling and nutrition.
